Subject: getting 57.200 dial-up in Win95

How does I get a 57.200 dial-up to Internet in Widows 95. I have a Accex 1414V (14.400 bit/s.), and it's only connect with 14.400 instead of 57.200. The first time after a Windows installation it connected with 57.200.
Thanks to all who helps me :)
